Making changes in life requires courage and dedication, especially when the changes force you to reinvent yourself in so many ways. You may be struggling with work, family, you may feel lost, you may be going through or feel like you need to make changes in your life and you don't know how and where to start from. Psychotherapy can help us to understand ourselves, develop more satisfying relationships, and live the life we long to lead.

As a psychotherapist, I am trained to listen in an emphatic, understanding, and focused way. By providing a safe, non-judgmental and confidential setting allows me to understand you, your needs, your goals and the best way for us to work together to help you to achieve them.

If you are seeking genuine care, compassion and connection, I invite you to reach out to begin our work together. I will be honored to work with you and help you to achieve your goals.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and nonjudgemental, honouring my client's autonomy and incorporating practices that align with their experiences. I have experience supporting clients from different backgrounds and cultures, respecting their beliefs, and using the multicultural lens and cultural humility to anchor our work together. My main goal is to create a safe space within the therapeutic relationship so that clients are welcome to share their stories and develop new strategies to cope with difficult emotions and relationships.
