How can psychotherapy help you?
It takes courage to look for help, share our concerns and personal experiences. It can make us feel uncomfortable and vulnerable.
Are you struggling to understand why certain circumstances keep re-emerging in your life and relationships? We can work together to understand – and heal – old patterns that may not be working for you anymore.
I offer you a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space, and I can help you walk your way towards healing. It would be an honour to be part of your journey.
I provide psychotherapy for adult individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues, trauma; relationship issues; parenting challenges, also individuals facing issues related to immigration/resettlement, racism/discrimination, and I work from an LGBT*Q positive framework.
My purpose is to help my clients make meaningful shifts that will bring them closer to their goals.
I can help you processing trauma or difficult emotions, moving through challenging times, developing new coping skills, improving relationships, or shifting perspectives and attitudes. Together, we can explore new possibilities, ways of thinking, ways of being, and behaving.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness based approaches, Narrative Therapy, and Art Therapy are at the heart of my approach.
The work I do is evidence-based and designed to be empowering. I’m happy to discuss my approach more in-depth and answer any questions you may have.
