Navigating life between two cultures is one of the most complex journeys a person can undertake. The professional you were before immigrating, with your experience, your skills, your accomplishments, can feel invisible in a new country. And that gap between who you are and how you are seen can be disorienting, frustrating, and deeply personal. With over 20 years of experience working with international professionals, I help people bridge that gap.
My approach combines Gestalt psychology, emotional intelligence, and career strategy to support you through the process of reinventing yourself professionally. Whether you are struggling to have your expertise recognized in the Canadian market, feeling torn between the values of your home culture and the ones around you, or simply sensing that something is holding you back from moving forward, I am here to help you turn that discomfort into direction.
I have not only provided workshops to various government agencies such as the SEO and educational institutions, but have also worked for global organizations in a variety of industries, including The Ministry for the Environment of Germany, SKV, Cargill, Corus (British) Steel, Elf Refineries, Sparkasse Bank, The Max Planck Institute, Unilever, Bayer, among others.
Together, we will work to identify the invisible barriers that are keeping you stuck, rebuild your professional confidence in a new cultural context, and reconnect you to the unique strengths you bring as an international professional.
You don’t need to start over. You need to be seen for everything you already are.
