Therapy for the life you're actually living.

Who this is for

For adults who are carrying more than they can comfortably hold. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to start. Some people come with something specific, anxiety, a loss, a relationship that keeps hurting. Others come because something feels off and they'd like to understand it with someone who listens closely.

What we can help with

You don't have to fit any of these exactly. They're here so you can recognize something familiar.

  • Anxiety, worry that won't switch off, panic
  • Low mood, exhaustion, losing interest in things you used to like
  • Work stress and burnout
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Life transitions: moving country, becoming a parent, separation, career change
  • Self-esteem and being hard on yourself
  • Trauma and difficult past experiences
  • ADHD in adult life: focus, organization, emotional regulation
  • Pregnancy, postpartum and changes in identity

How we help

The approaches our clinicians draw on, in plain language. Your therapist will explain what makes sense for you and why.

Cognitive Behavioural TherapyCBT / TCC

Looks at the link between what you think, how you feel and what you do. You learn to notice the patterns that keep a problem going, and practise different responses in everyday situations.

Acceptance & Commitment TherapyACT

Instead of fighting difficult thoughts and feelings, you learn to make room for them while still moving toward what matters to you.

Working with the body and the nervous system

Anxiety and stress live in the body too. This part of the work uses breathing, grounding and attention to physical sensations so calming down becomes something you can actually feel, not just understand.

Compassion-focused work

For the harsh inner voice many people live with. You practise talking to yourself the way you would to someone you care about.

Psychodynamic and relational work

Takes time to understand where a pattern came from, including earlier relationships, so it becomes easier to change in the present.

Who you'd be working with

Availability and areas of work come from each clinician's own profile.

Common questions

Do I need a referral?+

No referral is needed to book. If your insurance plan asks for one, we can help you sort that out.

How long does therapy take?+

It depends on what you bring and what you want from the work. We set goals together at the start and revisit them regularly, so you always know where things stand.

Is therapy covered by insurance?+

Most extended health plans in Ontario cover sessions with registered psychotherapists. We provide detailed receipts you can submit.
