About
I have extensive experience working in private practice and other institutions supporting and offering services to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, codependency tendencies, emotional/physical abuse, sexual abuse, ADHD and life transitions. I also work with couples experiencing distress in their romantic relationship. I support clients by focusing on a specific relationship problem and their dynamic, providing active participation to identify their issues and focusing on change-oriented interventions to guide both partners to understand their individual roles and create harmony between them, reviving the relationship.
As a therapist, I employ client-centered and humanistic clinical interventions. Additionally, I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) techniques to assist clients in accessing their internal resources, fostering progress, achieving their goals, and enhancing their personal connections. I may also incorporate specific protocols such as Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as appropriate.
Each client is unique, and my approach is tailored accordingly with honesty, compassion and understanding. I dedicate my time to listening, learning about you and making discoveries together. We will explore solutions that lead to a balanced life. At times, I may challenge you and invite you to see the other facet of the situation by exploring your thoughts, feelings, and numerous possibilities about the issue you are experiencing.
