With over 18 years of experience, my professional journey began in Brazil, where I worked as a Clinical Psychologist and supervisor, supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life challenges. Now based in Canada, I continue this work as a Registered Psychotherapist, offering a therapeutic space that is culturally sensitive, ethical, and deeply compassionate.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, I’m committed to supporting each client with empathy, respect, and thoughtful care.
