With a background in education and experience as a teacher, I have developed a career dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families in achieving optimal mental health, overcoming challenges, and celebrating their achievements. My goal is to provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment where they can feel supported and empowered to make autonomous decisions throughout the therapeutic process.
My clinical practice is grounded in an integrative approach that incorporates principles from Person Centered Therapy (PCT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This approach allows for the development of tailored treatment plans that recognize and address each client’s individual needs and experiences, while also exploring their inner strengths and capabilities to foster growth, healing, and a more meaningful, healthy life.
