    Marina Galeno

    Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University

I am a compassionate psychotherapist who supports individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I also work with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, helping them better understand their unique patterns and build supportive strategies for daily life.

I take a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that mental health is interconnected with the nervous system, physical wellbeing, daily structure, relationships, and spiritual meaning (however you define that). Therapy with me blends practical tools, emotional regulation strategies, and identity exploration to support meaningful, sustainable change.

My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you build clarity, self-trust, and alignment in your everyday life. I am committed to ongoing professional development, currently deepening my training in advanced ADHD interventions and relational trauma recovery.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and growth-oriented.

“Healing isn’t about fixing yourself – it’s about learning to lead your whole self with clarity and compassion.”
