Registered Psychotherapist, In-person

We are looking for a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO, in good standing) to join The Better Care. You will work in a warm, collaborative environment with generous session times, peer consultation and administrative support so you can focus on what you do best, care for your clients.

• Provide individual, couples or family therapy sessions at our Burlington clinic.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our secure EHR.
• Participate in monthly case consultations and clinical rounds.
• Contribute to a warm, respectful team culture.

• Registered with CRPO (Ontario) in good standing.
• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of post-registration clinical experience.
• Comfort working across at least two of: anxiety, mood, trauma, relational, family systems.
• Bilingual English/Portuguese is a strong asset (not required).
